Join Kristin with Seaside Yoga for a 1-hour Yin yoga session. In the practice of Yin yoga we hold deep stretches for longer periods of time. This is a more meditative practice, not to be confused with easier practice. This is great for building patience as well as an opportunity to strengthen the mental capacity to stay in situations that might be uncomfortable knowing that it is temporary. From these situations, we learn about acceptance and patience that can be practiced on and off the mat.
